Travis J. Simons is one of the fresh, new, and emerging voices of our generation. Simons is the Director of Ministry Development at The Potter's House North Dallas. Simons was previously the Director of Young Adult and leader of Brickhouse, the young adult ministry at The Potter’s House of Dallas. He is also a lecturer, youth and young adult conference speaker. Travis is gifted with the unique ability to communicate beyond culture barriers and bridge multi-generational gaps. Travis is passionate about developing next generation leaders and encouraging youth and young adults to live for Christ and fulfill their purpose through service to others.
After receiving the call into preaching ministry at the age of nineteen, Travis has found it imperative to furthering his academic career by earning a Master of Divinity degree (M.Div.) from Duke Divinity School and Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and Philosophy from Claflin University in Orangeburg, S.C, where he graduated with several honors. Simons, his wife Nina, two children Sydney Marie and Isaiah reside in Dallas, TX.
